From slow-roasted lechón to crispy tostones and creamy flan — every dish is made from scratch with ingredients flown in from Miami's finest Latin markets. Dine-in, takeout, and catering for your next event.
Sabor Latino Kitchen opened its doors in 2009 when the Espinoza family brought abuela's recipes from Santiago de Cuba to the streets of Fort Lauderdale. What started as a tiny lunch counter with 8 seats is now Broward's most-loved Cuban restaurant.
Every plate we serve carries the soul of our homeland. We source fresh plantains from Hialeah markets, slow-roast our lechón for 12 hours overnight, and press every Cuban sandwich to order. No shortcuts. No freezer bags. Just real food made with love.
Explore the MenuThe Lechón Asado is absolutely unreal. I grew up in Cuba and this is the closest thing I've tasted to home cooking since I moved to Florida 20 years ago. The service is warm, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is everything.
We booked Sabor Latino for our office holiday party and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The food was incredible, the staff was professional, and the price was very reasonable for 80 guests. Will definitely book them again.
Best Cubano sandwich I've ever had in South Florida and I've tried them all. Fresh-baked bread, perfectly pressed, and the mojo pork is tender and flavorful. The café cubano is strong enough to cure anything. We come every Saturday.
